Directions to Seowon University

1. By Intercity or Express Bus:

Take a bus to the Chongju bus terminal and then take a taxi (approx. \4000 fare) or take city buses number 211, 414, 420, or 570. You can also take shuttle buses 400 and 410 bound for Chungbuk High School.

2. By Train:

Take either the Gyeongbu Line or the Honam Line to Chongju and get off at Jochiwon stop. From there either take a taxi (approx. =15000\) or the shuttle bus bound for Chongju
(approx 1280\)

3. By Car:

From the North (Seoul), take the Gyeongbu Expressway and exit at Chongju Interchange
(Exit #15). Turn left after the toll booth and go straight until Sajik Interchange and turn right. Proceed for approximately 2.5 kilometers until the overhead sign for directions to Seowon University appears. From there simply follow the signs until you arrive at the front gate.

From the South (Pusan), take the Gyeongbu Expressway and exit at Chongwon Interchange (Exit# 16). Turn left after the toll booth and go straight on highway 17 until you enter Chongju city limits. Keep going straight until the overhead sign for directions to Seowon University appears. From there simply follow the signs until you arrive at the front gate.

From the west, take the Jungbu Expressway and exit at Seo-Chongju Interchange. Turn right after the toll booth and go straight until Heungduk Interchange appears. Turn right and proceed straight until you see the overhead sign for directions to Seowon University appears. From there, simply follow the signs until you arrive at the front gate.

4. By airplane:

After your arrival at Chongju International airport, you will have to take a taxi to the University (approximate fare: \15 000).
